Job Description: We are casting for a young male actor aged 5 to 8 years old to play the role of a child in an upcoming farm commercial. The character should be lively, imaginative, and fully engaged in family activities. We are looking for a young actor who can bring an energetic and joyful presence to the role, showcasing the wonder and creativity of childhood.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray a young boy in a farm setting, interacting with toys, artwork, and engaging in family activities.
- Work closely with the director and other actors to create a realistic and heartwarming family dynamic.
- Participate in wardrobe fittings and possibly additional sessions if required.
- Bring enthusiasm and authenticity to the role, contributing to a believable and touching depiction of family life.
Requirements:
- Male, aged 5 to 8 years old.
- All ethnicities are encouraged to apply.
- Must be lively, imaginative, and able to fully engage with the activities and interactions required by the role.
- Previous acting experience is preferred but not mandatory if the child can convey the necessary energy and expressiveness.
- Real families are encouraged to submit together, although this is not a requirement.
- Must be able to work as a local in New Orleans, as no travel expenses will be covered.
Compensation Details:
- Rate of Pay: $1,800 (including wardrobe fitting).
- Additional compensation: $300 for the video session, with potential for further session fees if additional work is required.
- Video usage fee: $1,500, with the possibility of increased compensation for extended use.
