Job Description: We are seeking authentic and charismatic male tradies (tradesmen) for an upcoming campaign for a leading construction company. This campaign aims to capture the real spirit and camaraderie of tradies, so we are particularly interested in casting real friends or workmates, in addition to individual applicants. We are looking for individuals who can bring their sense of humor, authenticity, and a genuine connection to the construction world to the role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a professional campaign shoot that represents the lifestyle and work of real tradies.
- Showcase your personality and bring a sense of humor to the role, whether you’re working solo or with your mates.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure an authentic representation of the tradie community.
- Be available for a rehearsal session prior to the main shoot to familiarize yourself with the campaign’s objectives and expectations.
Requirements:
- Must be a real tradie with experience in the construction industry.
- Open to male tradies aged 20s to 60s.
- Whether applying as an individual or with a group of friends/workmates, candidates must have a natural camaraderie and authenticity.
- Comfortable being on camera and following the direction of the production team.
- Must be based in Sydney and available for both the shoot and rehearsal dates.
Compensation:
- Talent Fee: $10,000 AUD per person (inclusive of all services and rights).
