We bring a modern lens to past eras of interior design and fashion to form a type of style that is more suited for the twenty-first century. Home and wardrobe are more connected than one may think and we design to bridge the gap between the two.
Most importantly we founded Tanner Fletcher to create necessary change in the world when it comes to wardrobe. Personally, we have always shopped in a label free way by purchasing whatever we feel suits our personal style without taking into consideration whether it is men’s or women’s. We are setting out not to create a new shopping category altogether but to remove current and past gender labels associated with dressing that tend to put people in an invisible box with rules that don’t work with the freedom of our modern societies.

Job Description: We are seeking authentic, dynamic individuals of all ages to participate in our New York Fashion Week presentation. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your unique personality and style on one of the most prestigious stages in the fashion world. We are street casting diverse characters who can bring our vision to life and make a memorable impact on the runway.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in runway presentations during New York Fashion Week.
- Collaborate with the creative team to embody the vision of the collection.
- Attend fittings and rehearsals as required.
- Engage with the audience through your distinctive presence and personality.
Requirements:
- All ages are welcome to apply.
- A unique and authentic personality that stands out.
- Ability to confidently present yourself in front of an audience.
- Experience in modeling or fashion shows is a plus but not required.
