Casting Call: Motivational Dancers for NY/NJ Events
Job Description: We are urgently casting talented dancers who specialize in Commercial, Modern, Jazz, and Hip Hop styles for upcoming family-friendly events across prestigious venues in New York and New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for energetic performers to motivate and entertain diverse audiences at high-profile locations such as Edison Ballroom, Mandarin Hotel, Tao, and Yankee Stadium.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform choreographed and freestyle dance routines at various events to energize and entertain the audience.
- Collaborate with choreographers and fellow dancers to create dynamic dance presentations.
- Attend all scheduled rehearsals and perform at events as required.
- Interact positively with event attendees, contributing to a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Gender: Open to all
- Age: Must be 18 years or older
- Strong proficiency in one or more of the following dance styles: Commercial, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop.
- Previous experience performing at events is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team and maintain high energy throughout performances.
- Available to attend an audition on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 7:30 PM.
Compensation:
- $350 per event
- Additional opportunities for increased pay and more frequent bookings based on performance and reliability.
