Jacqueline Taylor

I was born in Harlem, New York City. I've always felt that there was something different about me as later, my multiple looks and multiple personalities came to be salient. I have 3 degree's, and the duration of my education, for both grade school and higher education was completed right here in NYC where I attended Public School and later obtained an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from Borough of Manhattan Community College, A Bachelor's of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and a Master's of Science in Special Needs Education from City College of New York. I feel as though I'm pretty well rounded. I've played sports as well at the collegiate level, where initially, I began my college studies in the small town of Fort Scott, Kansas, where I received a basketball scholarship to play basketball, which I did. My stay in Kansas was a short one. I returned home after 1 semester of school to complete my studies in the NYC. I'm currently a school teacher, for the NYC DOE, where I teacher middle school students with disabilities. This, I've dedicated the last 12 years of my life to. I've always had a love for acting, singing, dancing, rapping, you know, the arts, yet I've always been very shy, afraid of rejection. I became more motivated by the death and murder of my youngest brother, who at only 24 years, had become an entrepreneur, home owner and was an aspiring business exec., and the recent death of Chadwick Boseman. Both are my heroes. Both, who were over achievers within their own capacities, which proved to be limitless. None the less, I'm not afraid anymore. I'm ready.
