Cecile Etzbach

Cecile Etzbach is a 13-year-old singer-songwriter from Miami. Her debut album “highs and lows (demo version)” celebrates her experiences as a tween who clamors for community that shares her passion and affinity for blending personal accomplishment with supporting others to reach their potential. In highs and lows, she takes the listener on a journey inspired by different events and adventures, visions, and the experiences that others may have gone through. An accomplished pianist, Cecile is a member of the American College of Musicians’ National Piano Guild, earning five consecutive Superior ratings. She is the founder of a student musician volunteer group, “Making Friends,” that supports Friends of South Florida Music in providing free weekly music education for students in Title 1 schools in her community. Cecile has been giving dance, musical theater, and vocal performances since the age of four. She is a veteran of Miami’s Olympia, Mandelstam, and Jerry Herman Ring theaters. On the national scene, she performs with Joffrey Musical Theater NYC, KOTA, Broadway Kids Auditions, and Interlochen Arts. She earned her first Off-Broadway credit in the summer of 2024 and has been cast in a regional theater production for 2025. An award-winning visual artist, she designed and created the album art for her record. She’s a published writer, and a staff writer at Young Mensan magazine. When she is not studying, performing, or writing songs, she can be found in the ballet studio or in rehearsal for the next show.
