Actor, musician, writer, filmmaker, and comedian Donald Glover is on a roll.
The Georgia-native stars and writes Atlanta has a popular rap persona known as Childish Gambino and is going to star as Lando Calrissian in the upcoming Star Wars movie, ‘Solo'. Well, he's going to add Saturday Night Live to his resume, as Glover will be serving as both the host and the musical guest in the May 5th episode. The news was announced during John Mulaney's episode on April 15th.
The list of people who have hosted and performed during the same show is a relatively shortchanged list including Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Drake, Blake Shelton, and Ariana Grande. Glover's long list of acting chops, he will absolutely kill his SNL performance.
