Spike Lee‘s ‘BLACKkKLANSMAN‘ trailer is finally here.
Spike Lee’s upcoming buddy cop movie based on the story of a black police officer infiltrating the Ku Klux Klan now has its first movie trailer. A co-production with Jordan Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions, QC Entertainment, and Blumhouse, ‘BLACKkKLANSMAN’ features John David Washington, Adam Driver, Laura Harrier and Topher Grace.
The movie centers around the true events in the 1978 Colorado Springs, where an officer pretends to be a white supremacist over the phone and send a white officer in his place for in-person meetings. The movie is based on a 2014 memoir called Black Klansman, The movie is slated to hit theaters on August 10th. Check out the trailer below.
