Lupita Nyong’o will star in an upcoming Charlie’s Angels’ reboot.
The franchise Charlie’s Angels first started in 1976. Since then, there’s been one reboot that starred Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu, which premiered in the early 200’s. Now the hit franchise is getting a modern re-interpretation and will feature Lupita Nyong’o, Kristen Stewart and Naomi Scott as the three angels. The movie will be directed by Elizabeth Banks, who will also be playing the role of “Bosley” – the facility between Charlie and the agents. The movie is still in early development, so there is no word yet as to who will be playing the role of Charlie.
