Art Directors are creative conceptual thinkers, fast learners, and responsive to a variety of diverse requests, fulfilling in minimal time with great accuracy while maintaining a positive attitude. The Art Director shapes the creative development of all projects on his or her assigned accounts from concept to completion. The Art Director works closely and collaboratively with the Creative Director, account managers, and producers to create compelling content for a variety of project types that include (but not limited to): theatrical key art, social AV edits with integrated motion graphics, static social graphics, banner ads, websites and apps.
Requirements
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Concept, develop, and communicate creative ideas effectively
- Ensure that digital pitches are on-track to meet both internal and client deadlines
- Communicate project status to the relevant teams
- Has a positive and “can-do” attitude
- Consistently meet project deliverable deadlines in a timely, responsive manner
- Clearly follows instruction from Creative Director and asks questions if there is any uncertainty in creative direction
- Pay close attention to detail and keeps a strong sense of urgency
- Follow industry and technology trends and seek out ways for Concept Arts to continue to be the leader in creative executions whether it’s print, digital, social AV, or social.
