A company is looking for an Art Director to lead the artistic direction and style of their game portfolio.
Position Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation, art direction, and execution of projects
Define artistic direction and style guides for game assets
Manage and mentor artists, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years of experience as an art director, senior concept artist, or lead artist on AAA console/PC projects
Strong foundation in concept art skills and traditional art skills
Experience with version control and asset management solutions
Familiarity with tools like Unity, Maya, and Photoshop
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and collaborate in a small team environment
