Croupier for Netflix Scripted Series
Job Description
A Netflix scripted series is seeking an actor with professional croupier experience or an experienced croupier interested in acting for an upcoming production in New Jersey. This casting opportunity is ideal for casino professionals who can authentically perform croupier duties on camera, as well as actors with real-world casino or gaming experience. Talent must be local to New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut and have flexible availability during the production window.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray a professional croupier in a scripted Netflix series.
- Perform authentic casino and gaming table duties on camera.
- Follow direction from the production and directing teams.
- Bring real-world croupier knowledge and experience to the role.
- Maintain professionalism and continuity throughout filming.
Requirements
- Must have professional croupier experience.
- Open to actors with croupier experience or professional croupiers interested in acting.
- Must be local to New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut.
- Must have flexible availability during the production period.
- Comfortable performing authentic casino procedures on camera.
- Previous acting experience is welcomed but not required for experienced croupiers.
Compensation
- Compensation will be provided according to the applicable SAG-AFTRA collective bargaining agreement, with no less than the required minimum scale rate.

CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
[YOUNG ROW] Can play 13-15, Filipino or AAPI, pre-gender transition or early transition MTF, cheer, and dance experience a plus. Young Row is strong, willful, and ambitious and loves their mother and sister but will do anything to make their dreams come true.
STORYLINE: Rowena (Rain Valdez), a transgender actress who returns to her estranged home childhood of Guam for her high school reunion’s “Do Over Week,” to live out a big regret… her childhood dream of becoming a cheerleader. But she must then confront a different kind of reunion — her estranged family.
