Job Description
Casting is underway for a non-union workplace harassment training industrial. This important and impactful production addresses real-world challenges around bias, discrimination, and inclusivity in professional environments. The project seeks experienced and emotionally resonant talent to portray pivotal roles in this educational film.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver authentic and sensitive performances aligned with the character’s narrative

  • Take direction well in portraying nuanced and emotionally complex scenes

  • Collaborate with the director and production team to uphold the film’s educational integrity

  • Participate in full shoot day(s) as scheduled

Requirements

  • VAL: Transgender man or woman, 20s, all ethnicities. Portrays a co-worker experiencing both covert and overt discrimination regarding gender identity

  • DOROTHY: Black female, 70s. Lex’s witty and loving grandmother. Though recovering from a recent fall, she remains vibrant and shares a close bond with Lex

  • LING: Korean female, 50s. The manager of a flower shop, grappling with her bias when evaluating a pregnant job applicant

Compensation

  • $400/day
