Norma Cusin

My name is Norma I was raised in Pittsburgh. I’ve always loved art and design since I was 8, I went to a private school and found many great opportunities there. When I turned 16 while in highschool I went to an online school and pursued my modeling career. Me and my family drove to New York for my first interview with an agency, they liked my look and helped me get into three shows in New York fashion week at pier 59, and uptown fashion week. From there i traveled to Philly, Atlanta, Ohio, DC, and Virginia for more opportunities. I’ve done print for magazines as well for stores, runway in 20+ fashion shows, and extra work on set of two things shows. I opened my own clothing brand at 18 hoping to show the world there is more to fashion then design, I want to be more inclusive about the models the people who wear the clothing. I also enjoy working with a lot of colors and abstract pieces! I have put my designs in 18 fashion shows. I have hosted three fashion shows after opening my store! My most recent was July 2021, I brought in 7 designers 30 models. I modeled designed helped set up and made a welcoming environment for the people of Pittsburgh at the august Wilson center. On top of these I do digital design, anime is very influential on my art and my creations. I enjoy cosplay making props and set design, i have done two big cosplays, i designed a character from Naruto, and Nier Automata. I am always working on new projects and love to creative direct and put together new ideas!!
