DESCRIPTION
We Are Royale is seeking a Business Development Coordinator with 1+ years experience in the areas of broadcast, commercial, and interactive media to support our senior leadership in new business development.
KEY DUTIES
- Researching key decision makers and upcoming initiatives for active and inactive clients, as well as sales leads, and compiling findings into actionable insights.
- Actively contribute to the development of industry knowledge and market trends.
- Maintain and consistently update Google Docs/Wiredrive/CRM Tools including department meeting agendas, capturing call notes, and collecting contact information for client database.
- Provide support on case study development including, but not limited to, creating Keynote presentations for business development needs such as capability meetings or sales emails.
- Coordinate flight & travel accommodations when needed (incl. occasional last minute travel).
- Responsible for client gifting upon project wrap and holiday initiatives (e.g. tracking project delivery to cue client appreciation communication, generating gift ideas, arranging, shipping, etc.)
- Keeping an eye toward client entertainment venues (e.g. new restaurants) and coordinating client lunches / dinners (Ie. reservations + seating arrangements).
- Track business development spending & assist in actualizing budgets.

ABOUT YOU
- 1+ years business experience working in interactive and creative agency / production company
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience with and open to a fair amount of data entry
- Excellent communication, note-taking, and writing skills
- Working knowledge and passion for business strategy and emerging media
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and plan ahead
- Ability to take direction and perform assigned responsibilities with excellent follow through
- Proficient in Mac OS X (incl. Pages & Keynote) and Google Drive (Eg. Docs, Sheets)
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (Ie. Copper), Wiredrive, and spreadsheet management
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Ie. creating sales presentations)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication, Marketing or similar field preferred

- $50 – 65K / salary (or equivalent hourly)

Given our breadth of clientele, our artists tend to jump between styles and projects including motion graphics, VFX, illustration & cel, branding, digital (Ie. AR/VR), live-action, and more.

ABOUT YOU

We Are Royale is looking for an experienced freelance Interactive Producer to oversee and manage projects from pre-production through post-production. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful team leader with a strong understanding of AR/VR, interactive product design, and mobile game engine development. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must as this position will deal with both internal personnel and clients, daily. While the day-to-day constantly shifts, the producer can expect to multi-task while overseeing projects, managing creative teams, internal processes & workflow, and being the primary point of contact with clients.

JOB DUTIES
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously; including bids, budgeting, project schedules, identifying resources, creative goals, and client expectations
- Ensure projects are completed with creative excellence, on time and within budget
- Manage and lead creative and technical partners including staff, freelance, and contract workers
- Schedule regular internal team meetings to monitor the success of projects
- Approve resources of all jobs and adjust as needed based on production needs
- Engage with senior management to develop best course of action for new projects
- Work closely with creative leads to ensure concepts are executed & delivered flawlessly
- Help create a positive team environment where creativity can thrive daily
ABOUT YOU
- A technically savvy producer who can understand all the components of a complex interactive project, manage a plan and drive it forward intelligently on time and on budget
- Experience and strong understanding of interactive product design, mobile game engine development, video production, with interest in NFTs, wallet technologies, and fast cars : )
- Obsessively organizational with a high-degree of attention to detail
- Approach production, creative teams, and clients as a partnership
- Knowledge of production and post-production process with previous experience bidding, planning, and managing a variety of creative requests (Ie. AR, app features, UI/UX experiences, etc.)
- Exhibit flexibility with client requests to adjust projects as needed
- Be a friendly, positive, engaging, team leader!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business, or related field.
