Job Description:

A stand-in is needed for the feature film The Christmas Ring filming in Nashville, TN. This is a non-union background role for a professional production team. Applicants must be local to Nashville and have prior stand-in experience. The scene is scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2025, and selected talent must be available for a full 12-hour filming day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a stand-in for a principal actor during lighting and camera setups.

• Take direction from the crew and remain available and present between takes.

• Replicate actor’s height, build, hair color, and general appearance.

• Be punctual, cooperative, and prepared for a long shoot day.

• Accurately follow on-set protocols for continuity and blocking.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male

• Ethnicity: White

• Age Range: 20–45

• Hair: Dark brown, short length

• Height: Between 5’11” and 6’1”

• Build: Average

• Must have prior stand-in experience

• Must be local to Nashville, TN or able to work as a local hire

• Must be available all day Friday, July 25, 2025

Compensation:

• Flat Rate: $200.00 for up to 12 hours guaranteed

• Overtime: Paid after 12 hours if applicable

• Non-Union Position

Seeking non-union background extras for the feature film “The Christmas Ring,” filming in the Nashville, TN area on Saturday, July 26th, 2025. Production is casting cheerful and festive individuals to portray holiday shoppers enjoying the Christmas spirit. All roles are non-speaking and will add to the vibrant holiday atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray a holiday shopper in Christmas-themed mall or street scenes

• Dress in holiday-appropriate attire (festive, warm, and cheerful clothing)

• Follow on-set instructions and maintain full-day availability

• Participate in background movement and atmosphere setups

Requirements:

• Gender: Male & Female

• Age Range: 18–80

• Ethnicity: All ethnicities welcome

• Must be available for the full day on Saturday, July 26th (no call time yet)

• Must be local to the Nashville, TN area (could include Franklin)

• Must be comfortable in group filming environments and bring Christmas cheer!

Compensation:

• Rate: $100 for up to 8 hours (Featured Background Rate)

Job Description:

A production is now seeking new faces (who have not yet worked on this project) for a featured background role in an upcoming MTV series filming in Atlanta, GA. Talent must be able to work as a local hire. This is a non-union production and involves small scene work as a restaurant patron. All call and wrap times are TBD, so full day/evening availability is required on the shoot day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray a restaurant customer in a small featured background scene

• Follow production cues and maintain consistent continuity throughout filming

• Be flexible with time as call times may fall in the late afternoon/evening (not overnight)

Requirements:

• Age Range: 20–50 years old

• Gender: Male and Female

• Ethnicity: All ethnicities welcome

• Must be local to Atlanta, GA (no accommodations provided)

• New faces only – must not have worked on this MTV project before

Compensation:

• Rate: $100.00 for up to 8 hours guaranteed

• Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 8 hours

• Even if filming runs shorter, the full 8-hour rate will still be paid
