You’ll work closely with casting directors, producers, brands, and creators to identify, recruit, and book talent for a wide range of projects — from film and TV to commercials, UGC, and social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Source, scout, and book talent for casting calls and creative projects
- Communicate with actors, creators, influencers, and agencies
- Review submissions, reels, and profiles to match talent with project needs
- Coordinate bookings, availability, and confirmations
- Maintain accurate records of talent, bookings, and communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to support casting and talent partnerships
- Stay up to date on casting trends, talent markets, and emerging creators
Requirements
- Experience in casting, talent booking, entertainment, or creator management
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with actors, influencers, UGC creators, or digital talent
- Comfortable working remotely and using online platforms
- Passion for film, TV, social media, and the entertainment industry

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role with a portfolio of published articles or produced media.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of content management systems like WordPress.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to stay self-motivated and manage multiple projects.
